Psychologists' Community Rules

1. Professionals only

Psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, counsellors and students in these fields may join. Entry requires a diploma or a student certificate: the document is checked (full names and numbers are not stored), a human makes the decision, and the document is deleted right after it. To join: “👥 Psychologists' community” in the site menu or the /join command to the Rassvet bot. Permanent group links are not published.

2. Client confidentiality comes first

• No names, ages combined with city and workplace, phone numbers, handles, photos or any other details that could identify a client.
• Case discussions go only through the “✍️ Case discussion” button: the agent anonymises the text before posting, and you can delete your post at any time.
• If the agent notices identifying details in a regular message, it hides it and suggests rewriting it.

3. Respect

We discuss ideas and approaches, not people. No insults, harassment, discrimination or belittling of colleagues and clients. Different schools are a richness, not a reason for war.

4. No advertising

Do not post ads for courses, services, channels or referral links. Announcements of webinars and training belong in “Learning and webinars” if they are useful to colleagues and not a sales pitch.

5. Evidence-based approach

We rely on research, professional literature and ethics codes. The agent flags and hides pseudoscientific methods and “miracle techniques”.

6. No piracy

Do not share pirated copies of books, articles or courses. Links only to legal sources: publishers, universities, open libraries (CC BY, public domain).

7. Peer support

If you are struggling, you can ask for support. The initiative always belongs to the person who is struggling; support starts only with the consent of both sides. It does not replace personal therapy or supervision.

8. Crisis

If you or your client are in danger — local emergency services come first. The agent will suggest helplines for your country. The community does not provide emergency help.

9. Moderation

• The AI moderator works automatically: it hides client data, advertising, piracy, insults and pseudoscience.
• For repeated violations the founder may restrict or close access.
• Complaints or questions — admin@rassvet-ai.com.

10. Your data in the community

Rassvet stores only the link between your Telegram and your account and the “author → post number” link for the delete button. Message texts are not stored in Rassvet's database. Telegram is an external service with its own rules and servers outside the UAE. See the Privacy Policy for details.
