1. How Rassvet handles data

Rassvet is responsible for how data is stored and protected: de-identified, encrypted, with the key kept separately, and deleted when no longer needed. Data questions: admin@rassvet-ai.com.

Psychologists add client materials themselves — with the client's consent and under a pseudonym. Rassvet uses them only to provide the service.

2. What data we process

• Account: email, password in hashed form, language, sign-up date, profile settings (including the training checkbox).
• Library questions and answers, chat history, notes — so you can see your history.
• Client workspaces (AI colleague): client pseudonym, session notes, questionnaires, homework and client replies — texts are stored encrypted.
• Session recording: audio is processed in chunks and deleted right after transcription; an encrypted transcript remains.
• A client's chats with AI (with the client's consent): the original is deleted right after review; the review card remains.
• Book reading: books you uploaded yourself and your notes on them.
• Community: Telegram ID for linking; a diploma or student certificate — only for verification, deleted right after the decision; the database keeps only “who → post number”.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, error and security logs; usage counters without question texts.
• Cookies — see section 9.

3. What we do not collect

• names, phone numbers, addresses and document numbers of your clients — the interface asks for a pseudonym and a filter removes accidentally entered contacts;
• bank card data — Rassvet does not store it;
• session audio after transcription.

4. Why

• to run Rassvet: login, answers, workspaces, notifications;
• security: protection against attacks and abuse, backups;
• quality: answer self-checks, anonymised statistics;
• model improvement — only under the rules of section 6;
• contacting you: login emails, service messages, important changes.

5. AI providers and other services

For answers, Rassvet uses an AI service (OpenAI). Before sending, contact details, document numbers and addresses are replaced with tags; under the service's terms this data is not used to train its models.

We also use hosting, cloud storage for books, Telegram and email — only to run Rassvet. We do not sell data. Analytics and advertising tags work only after you accept cookies.

6. Training Rassvet's model

To improve answers, Rassvet may use your dialogues with the library and “Book reading”. This is on by default and works like this: no author name or email, contact details are struck out, each record is encrypted, demo accounts are not recorded.

You can turn it off with one checkbox “Help improve Rassvet” in your profile — new dialogues are then not recorded. Client materials, session recordings and clients' chats with AI are never used for training.

7. How we protect data

• encryption of client texts; the key is stored separately from the data and from backups — without the key the agent refuses to save;
• secure connection (HTTPS), key-only server login, a daily vulnerability sentinel;
• private pages (profile, workspaces, “My books”, client page) are closed to search engines;
• the client link is a long random code valid for 14 days, without the psychologist's name or details;
• daily backups.

8. How long we keep data

• account and your materials — while you use Rassvet or until you request deletion;
• session audio — deleted right after transcription; the transcript — 30 days, then deleted automatically;
• the original of a client's chat with AI — deleted right after review;
• community entry documents — right after the decision;
• client link — 14 days;
• technical logs — a limited period needed for security.

9. Cookies

Necessary (the site does not work without them): login, chosen language, your cookie choice. Analytics (Google Analytics) — switched on only after you press “Accept” in the banner; until then analytics runs without cookies or identifiers. Advertising cookies (Google, Meta, Microsoft) — also only after “Accept”.

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

10. Your rights

You may find out what data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, delete your account and data, turn off training and withdraw consent to analytics cookies. Write to admin@rassvet-ai.com from your account email — we will reply within a reasonable time. We aim to comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for users in other countries, their applicable laws.

11. Age

Rassvet is intended for professionals over 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data. A psychologist enters data about adolescent clients only under a pseudonym and with the consent of a legal guardian.

12. Changes

The version date is shown at the top. We will announce significant changes on the site or by email.
