Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The Rassvet service (rassvet-ai.com, “Rassvet”, “we”) is built for professionals in the helping professions. Contact: admin@rassvet-ai.com.

By signing up or using Rassvet you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Rules.

2. What Rassvet is

• Library chat — answers to professional questions based on literature in psychology, psychiatry and physiology: a paraphrase in plain words with the author and book named.
• AI colleague (agent) — a psychologist's assistant between sessions: briefs, session reviews, questionnaires, client homework, risk protocol and other skills. It is currently in beta.
• Book reading and “My growth” — working with books you upload yourself, and a reading mentor.
• Psychologists' community — Telegram groups with an AI moderator.
• Open Library — a list of open-licence books with links to the original sources.

3. Who may use Rassvet

Rassvet is intended for adult (18+) professionals in the helping professions — psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, counsellors, supervisors — and students in these fields. Community access requires a diploma or a student certificate. Rassvet is not intended for self-use by clients or patients.

4. Your account

Provide a valid email and keep your password secret. One account — one person. You are responsible for activity in your account. If you notice someone else's login, write to us at once.

5. A reference tool, not a medical service

Rassvet does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or medication, and does not replace clinical judgement, supervision, in-person consultation or emergency care. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence based on literature and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Professional and legal responsibility for decisions about a client always remains with the professional.

The AI colleague sends nothing to a client without your confirmation. Only you determine risk levels and crisis-care decisions.

6. Emergencies

Rassvet is not intended for emergencies. If there is a threat to life or health, contact local emergency services. Risk-protocol prompts (ASQ, SAFE-T, helplines) are supporting material for the professional.

7. Client data is your responsibility

• Enter clients under a pseudonym. Do not enter names, phone numbers, addresses, document numbers or other data that could identify a client.
• Upload session recordings, a client's chats with AI and other client materials only with the client's consent — the interface records this with a checkbox.
• You are the professional responsible to your client for confidentiality. We help: we filter contact details before any AI call, encrypt texts and delete audio right after transcription (details in the Privacy Policy).

8. Books and copyright

• Rassvet shows a paraphrase in plain words with the author and book named. The text of books with closed rights is not displayed or provided.
• Open-licence books (CC BY, public domain) open via a link to the original source — see the list and licences in the “Open Library”. Books under non-commercial licences are used for paraphrase only.
• By uploading your own book to “Book reading”, you confirm that you hold a lawful copy and use it only for personal reading. Uploading pirated files is prohibited.
• Rights holders: if you believe your work is used incorrectly, write to admin@rassvet-ai.com — we will reply and remove the material if needed.

9. Community

Participation in the peer groups is governed by the Community Rules: client confidentiality, respect, no advertising, piracy or pseudoscience. For violations the AI moderator hides messages and we may close access.

10. What is not allowed

• automatically extracting Rassvet content (scraping, bulk requests), bypassing limits or protection;
• reselling access to Rassvet or its answers, or presenting them as the work of other authors;
• attempting to access other people's data, interfering with the server or uploading malicious files;
• using Rassvet for activities that break the law or violate the rights of others.

11. Limits, beta and plans

Right now only registration is required. The library has a monthly question limit (currently 30). The AI colleague is in beta with a limited number of places: a place opens up after 14 days without visits, and participants wait in the “I want the agent” queue. Limits and features may change.

If paid plans appear, we will announce them in advance; nothing will be charged without your explicit consent. Rassvet does not store bank card data.

12. Rights to Rassvet

Rassvet's software, design, algorithms, site texts and interface are protected by UAE Ministry of Economy certificate No. 761-2026. Materials you add (notes, workspaces, your own books) remain yours.

13. Limitation of liability

Rassvet is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service stable and secure, but we do not guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of Rassvet's answers or for indirect losses.

14. Deleting your account

You may stop using Rassvet at any time and ask us to delete your account and data — write to admin@rassvet-ai.com from your account email. We may restrict access in case of a serious breach of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. We first try to resolve any dispute by correspondence.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version date is shown at the top; we will announce significant changes on the site or by email. By continuing to use Rassvet after changes, you accept the new version.
